Our policies

Reaching us

• Please fill out our contact form or email us at info@floratouch.com.  We can also be reached at 206.271.5515.  However, email is the best way to reach us. 

• You can also set up an appointment with us to see the chair covers and sashes in person.

Ordering and payment

• We request a deposit to reserve the date.  The deposit is applied to the rental cost of your chair covers.  Payment in full and the final count are due 2 weeks before the event.  We are very flexible with the final count.  The deposit and payment may be made in check or money order, payable to Floratouch.

Cancellation and changes

• You may cancel your order 10 business days after we have received your signed contract.  Cancellation after 10 business days are not honored and we will not refund your deposit.  No refunds are given for un-used chair covers after the final counts are submitted.

Swatches

• Fabric swatches in the colors that you are interested in are available upon request at no charge.  Once you let us know your address, we'll put them in the mail.

Floratouch is not liable for any injury and damage or loss arising out of the use of rental chair covers and linens.
